London Bridge Auto & Transmission Repair continues to take all necessary precautions to protect the safety of our customers and our technicians, and in that spirit, we’re proud to announce our new after hours vehicle key drop-off and pick-up station. We’ve listened, and our clients were looking for an easy, secure way to pick-up and drop-off their vehicle keys during the pandemic. Our key station includes four individual, locked compartments to securely stow keys. Those looking to pick up keys will be provided with a three-digit combination by our staff in order to access the vehicle keys after hours – which is both convenient and contactless.

We are also monitoring our staff daily to make sure they do not have any symptoms of illness while promoting clean work procedures. We have re-opened our waiting room, which has a limited capacity to safely social distance. We are also sanitizing items – such as keys, steering wheels, shifter knobs and door handles – when we receive the vehicle and again before we return the vehicle to customers. We will get all pertinent information pertaining to your vehicle repair or diagnosis over the phone.
